1. General Terms & Conditions

By accessing the PP88 platform or using any of its services, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms & Conditions. PP88 reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Notice of any changes will be posted on the website or app. Continued use of the platform after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Account Registration & Eligibility

The following eligibility requirements must be met to open an account with PP88. Every user is responsible for complying with these Terms & Conditions.

• Each individual may hold only one account.
• Accurate and genuine information must be provided at the time of registration.
• If multiple members of the same household register accounts from the same device or IP address, supporting documents will be required for verification.
• Your account password and login credentials must be kept strictly confidential.

Identity Verification (KYC)

PP88 follows a strict Anti-Money Laundering policy. The following documents may be required before your first withdrawal or any large transaction:

• A photo of your National ID (NID) or passport.
• Proof of ownership of the mobile banking account.
• Selfie or video verification (if required).

Incomplete KYC verification may delay or block your withdrawals. We strongly recommend completing verification as soon as you open your account.

3. Deposits & Payments

• No additional charges are applied to deposits.
• If deposit information is found to be false or incomplete, the transaction may be cancelled.
• If your balance has not been updated within 5 minutes of a deposit, please contact customer support.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted; all deposits must be made from your own mobile banking account.

4. Withdrawal Policy

The PP88 withdrawal process is straightforward and transparent. However, certain rules must be followed. Failure to comply with the withdrawal terms and conditions may result in your request being declined.

• Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours; for verified accounts, this is usually within 15 minutes.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 500.
• Withdrawals will only be sent to the mobile banking number used for the original deposit.
• Only one withdrawal request may be submitted at a time.
• The specified wagering requirements must be met before any bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• If fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected, the withdrawal will be placed on hold pending investigation.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

PP88 regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with its own specific terms and conditions. Please read the relevant terms carefully before claiming any bonus.

Welcome Bonus

New members can receive up to a 150% bonus on their first deposit. To withdraw this bonus, a wagering requirement of 15x the bonus amount must be completed. The Welcome Bonus can only be claimed once.

Weekly Reload Bonus

Eligible members receive a reload bonus every Monday. Eligibility is determined by total betting volume from the previous week. The wagering requirement for the reload bonus is 10x.

General Bonus Terms

• If the same individual claims bonuses across multiple accounts, all associated accounts will be suspended.
• Bonuses are generally valid for 7 days; any unused bonus will be forfeited after expiry.
• If you experience any account issues during an active bonus, please contact customer support.
• PP88 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time.

6. Betting Rules

All PP88 games use a certified third-party RNG (Random Number Generator). Every game outcome is entirely random and impartial. The terms and conditions for betting are outlined below.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a game is interrupted due to a technical issue, PP88 will review the situation and make a decision accordingly.

• Using automated bots or third-party software.

• If a matter cannot be resolved through customer support, it may be escalated to a higher department within PP88.
• PP88's final decision is binding and will be considered conclusive for both parties.
